VERMONT GETAWAY

In two weeks the hubs and I are road trippin' to Vermont for a long weekend to visit some friends.

I am so excited because I have never been to VT, so I decided to BING it.

Here's what I found out..

The Von Trapp Family (you know, from the Sound of Music, yeah those folks) migrated to Stowe, VT after WWII ...

      and set up house.

Now you can stay there too.

Ummmm amazing.

I love that movie.

The HGTV Dream Home 2011 was built in Stowe.
